If you run into an issue with the Reason Clock or Reason Home app, please submit a bug report including the following information:
- Description of the issue, the model of your phone, etc. (or enter N/A if you want to leave it blank)
- Model of your Wi-Fi router (or enter N/A if you don't know it)
- [Optional] Your phone number or email so that we can get back to you
- Ticket # if you're following up on an outstanding issue
- [Optional] Log file. By default, the error log will be submitted because it will help us figure out the problem. You may uncheck the option if you don't wish to submit it.
