While setting up the Reason ONE clock on an iPhone running iOS 13 and later, some customers have reported an issue with the connection timing out. Although there could be various causes, the tip we detail below is worth a try first:
1. Reset the Reason ONE clock by pushing a pin or paper clip into the small reset hole in the back of the clock. After a few seconds, the clock will reset and an orange light will appear on the top of the clock.
2. On your iPhone, swipe up from the bottom edge to open the Control Center. The image below displays the Control Center screen.
Tap the airplane icon to turn on Airplane Mode. Make sure the Wi-Fi icon is still highlighted blue. If the Wi-Fi icon is gray, tap it once to turn it on. NOTE: While Airplane Mode is on, you will be unable to answer calls.
3. Once in Airplane Mode with Wi-Fi on, return to the Reason Home app. Tap the + plus sign to add a clock and follow the instructions on the screen to complete the clock setup.
4. Once setup is complete, remember to swipe up from the bottom of the screen again to open Control Center and turn off Airplane Mode by tapping the airplane symbol once to turn it gray.
